You have the choice to select what best suits your needs (*some national units of competency may only be available on limited dates) to advance your career

EMPHASIS ON PRACTICE:

We put emphasis on practice in all our courses, including 'on the job' simulations.

INDUSTRY TRAINERS:

We employ trainers still working in the industry ensuring the training experience is fully up-to-date.

REFERENCE AVAILABLE:

We are happy to supply a phone reference to any future employer for any student having completed a bar or waiter course.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

We often get requests from employers for good casual staff and will happily include your name once you have completed your bar or waiter course (conditions apply).

COMPETITIVE PRICING:

Our prices are very competitive; all our bar courses include Responsible Serving of Alcohol [Liquor Licensing Victoria].

LOWER STUDENT NUMBERS:

Course sizes are kept low, offering a more personalised and tailored training approach. Students are encouraged therefore to book early to avoid disappointment.

CONVENIENT TIMES:

Weekend, evening and daytime courses every month. Nationally recognised training may be limited to certain dates only.

REFRESHER COURSE AVAILABLE:

Update your knowledge and do a refresher course at any time up to 2 years after your bar or waiter course at no charge (space permitting and not applicable to National Units of Competency).

RETRAINING:

Should your first employer after completing the bar or waiter course believe your skills are below industry norm, we retrain you at no charge (conditions apply and not applicable to National Units of Competency).

MODULARISED APPROACH:

Our courses are modularised, giving a more flexible and enjoyable learning experience. Upgrading from the introductory to the intermediate or comprehensive course can easily be arranged (not applicable to National Units of Competency).

LOCATION:

Only facility (first floor premises) in the South-Eastern Suburbs.

ACCESS:

Easy access via Public Transport, 2-minutes from Oakleigh Station (20 minutes from city on Dandenong / Pakenham Line); ample parking nearby.
